How to Install eSIM

Preparation Before Installation

• Make sure your device supports eSIM technology.
• Be connected to a stable Wi-Fi during the activation process.
• Prepare the QR Code that has been sent to your email.

Installation on iOS (iPhone)

1. Open the Settings > Cellular menu.
2. Tap Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan.
3. Select Use QR Code and scan the QR Code we sent.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete naming your data plan.

Installation on Android (Samsung/Pixel)

1. Open the Settings > Connections > SIM Card Manager menu.
2. Tap Add Mobile Plan and select Scan Carrier QR Code.
3. Scan the QR Code from your email.
4. Confirm adding the new data plan and wait until it is active.
